Shipping + Returns
We take great pride in our customer service which is why we work 7 days a week to ensure we get your purchase to you as soon as possible.
Shipments in the UK
We use Hermes eco delivery (please note: not every town/city has electric vans yet) which costs £3.69.
Orders shall bear shipping costs depending on their weight and according to the price list of the cooperating courier delivery service.
Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours, however on busy occasions it can slip into 1-2 days. We recommend that you keep an eye on your inbox for our dispatch email coming through.
As all our posters are custom made so we unfortunately can’t accept returns or offer refunds unless:
- If the item delivered is faulty (e.g. if the product is in a defective condition or was damaged during transport), We give you the right to have them replaced or get your money back within 30 days. The return request for the replacement of the item should be made along with all the documents accompanying the product (e.g. dispatch note/invoice, sales receipt etc.) and the original packaging.
- If the item delivered differs from what was purchased, either by type, quantity or by lacking a quality feature. You may return the product-to-be-checked so that the mistake can be verified and the print can be replaced.
- Should delivery of the goods ordered be delayed more than 14 days*
For any cancellation (in whole or in part) by the end of the day of the order, you have to send an email to email@example.com, providing your details and order number, and a team member shall carry out the cancellation.
